For combat sports athletes

  • Training scaled to your mat volume that week (heavy rolling week = lighter lifting, off-week from comp = harder push)

  • Programming adjusted around competition prep, with a taper into comp week

  • Weight cut support if you're cutting for a tournament

  • Injury and tweak management between rounds, not just between blocks

  • Video review on lifts and on grappling positions where strength or mobility is the limiter
